But what exactly is hypnosis, and what does it feel like? Hypnosis is a very natural state of being. Imagine your commute to work. Have you ever shown up to work and realized that you don't really remember the trip? But somehow you did everything right to get to your destination safely. That's called highway hypnosis. Have you ever gotten lost in a really good book, to the point where you don't really notice anything going on around you? What about when you’re at the movies, and you get so enthralled with the story, you forget that there are people sitting next to you? That's what it feels like to be under hypnosis. During your hypnotherapy session, we will help break cycles that create unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will be asked about past medical history, health, and lifestyle. Together, customized goals will be created and accomplished.
